This parcel of land is in a remote location in the Eastern Rhodope Mountains, Bulgaria. With views over mountain tops, the scenery is outstanding. Surrounded by nature with only the sounds of the birds and beauty of a land time forgot.

The tall trees could be topped to expand the view. Below the plot is the asphalt road to the mayor’s house. Hardly any other traffic uses this lane.

This photo was taken from the main road and shows the location of the parcel. Completely surrounded by nature.

This map gives a birds-eye view of the parcel location. The elevation of the parcel is about 800m. Below is the river Arda.

The owner of the parcel has a house higher above but only uses in the summertime. The land is roughly 1 decare and could be terraced to have several camping places.

No house exists on the plans but electricity could easily be connected if desired. There is no road to the plot but it’s only a short walk to the asphalt road below and access can be arranged.
