This delightful house has been lovingly restored and modernised for year-round living, with newly installed electric wiring by a Swiss electrician.

The main house roof was fully renovated in 2021 and insulation added.

South facing and set on a large 2253m2 plot, most of the garden is in front of the property and as well as the established fruit trees, walnut and grapevine, the owner has planted many new varieties of cherries, peaches, apricots, pears, apples, nectarines, persimmons, pomegranates, mulberry and mimosa.

A wooden balcony has been added in front of the kitchen doors, bringing the garden closer. WiFi connected there is also a webcam for security.

The fitted kitchen has an electric oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. Furniture is included in the sale price.

South facing bedroom 2, has an air conditioning unit for hot summers and a wood burner for winter. This room was also used as an office and social area.

East facing bedroom 1 looks over the adjacent field and receives amazing sunrises. All floors are wooden and most windows double glazed PVC.

The central room is a south facing conservatory, perfect for bringing on seedlings, and the only room still with original windows and wooden door. Though this has an added cat flap.

The tiled wet room with toilet has a separate shower and a bath. Hot water provided by electric boiler.

To the left of the house is a garage and woodstore, and behind these is a large storage barn.

Between the garage and house there is a large double door, leading to the rear garden with 3 poly tunnel frames ready for cultivation.

Below bedroom 2 is a small room, used more for storage but is perfect as a children’s den, as the entrance doorway is low and awkward for adults to access.
