This delightful 2 floor house is up a quiet, dead-end lane in Oryahovo, South East Bulgaria. The village has very little traffic anyway and there is even less on this road.

The L shaped house has external stairs and the main living area is on the 2nd floor. The roof has been improved and all leaks stopped except a small one, where the flat roof joins the main roof.

Enter through double doors into a central room. where 3 rooms lead off this. The windows, doors and floors are original wood.

South facing, both bedrooms at the front have double corner windows making them light and airy. The rear room is unfinished, still has an earth floor, a large fireplace and no ceiling so you can see up to the roof.

On the ground floor, the ceiling height is low and only really suitable for storage. The rooms suffer damp from the garden level outside being higher. However a French drain can be installed to help water drain away.

In one room is an internal sink and drainage to soak away. Outside in the courtyard in an external sink. Both are supplied by village water.

To the right of the house is a large vehicle gate leading to the garden.

There are 2 plots making up a total of 2071m2. Included is a 2 room barn, currently used as a stable, and an outside toilet.

To the left of the property is another storage barn and the roof needs repairs.
